Performance Test Practice, and Judges & Breeders Reception.
Stand exams for both rings will occur simutaneously. Females will gait before males in all classes.
7 am Show Grounds Open Exhibitor check-in at the Show Grounds Registration Tent.

Performance Test Practice at the show grounds
8:30 am Opening Ceremonies Practice Rings open all day for all classes for gaiting and stand exam practice only.
9 am Puppy Classes begin

Report to the ring in catalog order.

Noon Possible Lunch Break

(will begin after the 9-12 mos. Male Class finishes) Puppy Awards Ceremony The top 5 placings of each puppy class will receive their trophies at this awards ceremony.
(will begin after the Puppy Awards Ceremony is finished) Performance Test Practice at show grounds
(will begin after the Puppy Awards Ceremony is finished) until 6 pm Stand Exam Photos The show photographer will be available for stand exam photos at the show grounds.
7 to 8 pm No-host Cocktail hour

In the Candlewood Assembly (1st floor, just outside the Candlewood Ballroom) of the host hotel.

Raffle will open at 7pm.

Saturday
Performance Test & Stand Exam for Working classes. Youth & Young classes.
Stand exams for both rings will occur simutaneously. Females will gait before males in all classes. The exception being the Performance Test.
7 am Show Grounds Open Exhibitor check-in at the Show Grounds Registration Tent.
7:30 am Working Class Performance Test

The Performance Test will go in catalog order, all males followed by females.

Please report to the Performance Test entry gate no later than 4 dogs ahead of your catalog number.

Noon Possible Lunch Break
(will immediately follow the completion of the entire Performance Test) Working Class Stand Exams

Stand exams will also go in catalog order.

Stand exams for both males and females will occur simultaneously in their respective rings.

Progeny Groups, gaiting for the Working classes, Kennel Groups, Closing Ceremonies, & Post-show Party.
8 am Show Grounds Open If your dog is part of a Progeny Group you will be notified of this when you receive your entry verification from the USA office.
8:45 am Progeny Groups Preparation Progeny Group dogs must check-in at the staging area by 8:45am.
9 am Progeny Groups

If a group has less than 6 dogs, it cannot be exhibited.

Groups will go in catalog order with the progeny lined up by age and sex (puppies at the end).

10 am Working Class Females Report to the ring in catalog order.
Noon Possible Lunch Break
1 pm Working Class Males Report to the ring in catalog order.
(after the Working Class Males finish in the ring) Kennel Groups Please report to the staging area as soon as possible after the Working Class Males are done in the ring.

6 to 8 pm

Closing Awards

The following dogs will receive their trophies at this ceremony (yes, bring the dogs to the ceremony):

The top 3 Kennel Groups.

The top 5 places from the Youth and Young Dog classes.

The top 5 V placing Working Class dogs.

All of the VA placing Working Class dogs.

The Highest Rated USA Bred male and female in the Youth, Young, and Working classes.

(Photos of these ceremonies will be taken for the magazine.)

(as soon as your dog is done in the ring) Show check-out Exhibitor check-out at the Show Grounds Registration Tent and continue at Closing Awards Ceremony
