The first entry deadline is a postmark deadline. Meaning, as long as your entry is postmarked by that date you will be on time.

If your entry is postmarked after the first deadline then you will have to pay the appropriate late fee. There is a flat $50 late fee this year for all classes.

Foreign entries must be received by the final deadline. Domestic entries may be postmarked on the final deadline date.

The final deadline must be strictly adhered to so that entries may be processed in a timely manner to meet the printers deadline for the catalog. Thank you for your understanding.
