for tent, table, and/or chair rental for the show, please contact Camelot
Party Rentals by phone 775-355-9004 or by fax 775-355-9042. This
is the company that we are using for the show and they will be delivering
all of the rental items on Thursday (April 121) to the show grounds.

Attention:
The dog deposit at the host hotel will be $50 and 100% refundable. It
may be taken in the form of an authorization on a credit card or by
cash. It the guest pays the deposit by cash, the guest will receive
a cash refund. If the guest chooses to have the deposit via an authorization
on credit card, the procedure will be: to not add the amount to the
total bill at check out.
Attention:
The start time for Saturday has changed to 8 am. The Performance
Test will begin at 8:00 am sharp. Dogs will be tested in catalog order,
males then females.

We've added Performance Test practice time to Friday. Please
check the Participants section and the schedule.

Our closing awards ceremony on Sunday will be when the Kennel
Group, top 5 places for the Youth and Young dog classes, the V1 - V5
Working dogs, all the VA dogs, and the Highest Rated USA Bred dogs will
receive their trophies. Please allow enough time in your schedule Sunday
afternoon to attend the ceremony.

50% of the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the United
States War Dogs Association, Inc. This is a very worthy cause and

is donating equipment for a special raffle that will be held
at the show grounds. The equipment will be on display there and the
winning number will be selected at the end of the show on Sunday.

The deadline for catalog ads was April 1st. The catalog is now in it's
final stages and no more ads can be accepted at this time.
Attention:
Entries are now closed. The final postmark deadline was March
22. The office will only process entries that have a postmark of March
22 or earlier. There will be absolutely no exceptions. Your USA office
staff is working overtime to get all of the entries processed in time
to meet the printers deadline for the catalog. We are sorry if you have
missed the final deadline and thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
