Halloween Announcement

Welcome to Nashville, the home of country music, and for two weekends this fall also the home of USA's premier National Events for our beloved breed!

For the German Shepherd Dog enthusiast, the week begins with our Sieger Show (national breed show) and concludes with our German Shepherd Dog National Schutzhund Championship (national field trial). The dog that excels in both events will be awarded the title Universal Sieger at the closing ceremonies on November 7th. You won't want to miss any of the excitement so make your plans early.

Once again, the United Schutzhund Clubs of America look forward to hosting another successful Sieger Show. This website will have all the information you need regarding the show. As the date of the show gets nearer, more sections of the site will be filled in so make sure to check back often.

Changes from last year include:

• We've implemented a pdf format for the entry form so that exhibitors can type their entries online then print them out for mailing. We will again be using two entry deadlines this year, so enter early or pay the late fee.
• There will be two judges for the classes instead of four.
• The Adult without Title class will not be offered.
• The youngest a puppy can be is four months old.
• Friday, October 29th will be the date used for calculating how old a puppy is and determining their class placement.
• Saturday, October 30th will be the date used for calculating the age of all other dogs entered and determining their class placement.
• Increase in Kennel Group entry fee, but all other entry fees are the same as last year.
• Trophies will be awarded to all participants so trophy sponsorships are most welcome.
• The Judges' & Breeders Reception on Friday night will be a complimentary banquet with no host bar.
• An online forum has been added to allow for comments and feedback. (Located below.)
