COAPA Judge ~ Virgilio Garbin

Mr. Virgilio Garbin is a household name
in the Latin American and international judging circles. Throughout
his career he has been invited numerous times to judge in Argentina,
Brasil, Colombia, Bolivia, Uruguay and Peru, and of course, in Chile
where he resides and acts as Working Dog Judge, Conformation Judge
and Koermeister. |

Both as a Working Judge and Conformation
Judge, Mr. Garbin has accepted the responsibility to act as such
in events of the highest importance such as the Latin American Working
Dog Trials in Monte Video, Rio, Buenos Aires and Lima. |

He has been elected National Breed Warden
for his country of origin as well as having the distinction being
a former President of COAPA (American Confederation of German Shepherd
Clubs) during the years of 1992 to 1996. |
